The service
v4 Marketplace is software: smart contracts on Robinhood Chain and an interface that reads them and prepares transactions for you to sign. We do not hold your funds, execute trades for you, or act as a broker, exchange, custodian or adviser.
Your responsibility
You sign every transaction yourself and are responsible for what it does. Swaps, liquidity, stakes and royalties carry risk, including the loss of everything committed. v4 hooks are written by independent authors; a stake and a challenge process exist, but they do not guarantee that a hook behaves as described or that losses are repaid in full.
$V4M
$V4M is used to stake behind v4 hooks and is burned by the protocol's rules. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer of securities. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Tokenized stocks and third parties
v4 Marketplace is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Uniswap Labs, Chainlink, Pons, Robinhood, Tesla, NVIDIA, Invesco or any company named on the site. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the assets and integrations involved. Stock tokens are issued by third parties under their own terms.
Availability
The interface is provided as is and may change or stop. The contracts keep running without it.
Prohibited use
Do not use v4 Marketplace to break the law, to launder funds, or from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited, and do not attack the contracts or other users. Report vulnerabilities through our X account before disclosing them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by contracts, v4 hooks, oracles, chains or wallets we do not control.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
