Replay a v4 hook on real swaps

Pick a pool and a hook, deployed or not. The simulator reads the pool's last swaps from the PoolManager and calls your hook's beforeSwap for each of them, from the hook stack's own address, against the chain's current state, in one eth_call with state overrides. Nothing is sent and nothing is deployed.
