Co-authored hooks
List a v4 hook with 2 to 5 co-authors and fixed shares. Every royalty claim pays each of them in the same transaction.
How it works
The CoAuthors registry 0xfB0cc22f719092393CC8eD27b35241e0463BDBbA deploys a CoAuthorSplit contract for the hook and lists it through it, so Storefronts and the royalty ledger see the split as the author. Anyone can call claim(currency) on the split: it claims the vested royalties and pays every co-author their share in the same transaction.
Rules
| Wallets | 2 to 5, no duplicates; the first is the lead and must be the wallet that lists |
| Shares | in bps, summing to 10,000 (100%), fixed at listing |
| Moving a share | each co-author can move their own share to a new wallet with moveWallet(index, to) |
| Listing actions | royalty, unstake and stake withdrawal: the lead, through the split |
Listing
In Build a v4 hook, turn on Add co-authors at the listing step: your connected wallet is the lead, add up to 4 more wallets with their shares; the page checks that they add up to 100%. Then stake the 10,000 $V4M from your wallet as for any hook. Co-authors cannot be combined with backing yet.
First co-authored hook
Hook #11, Round-trip fee: a wallet that swaps back the other way in the same pool within 60 seconds pays 1% on that swap. It is a house hook listed with 2 co-authors at 70% and 30%, split 0x985da959Fc3Aa298985F6fdaFf34C70e57D3DE5A. Each hook page shows its co-authors; the MCP tool is co_authors, the SDK method coAuthors() and the API /api/coauthors?hook=11.
